Autobiographica? Perhaps! I’m definitely dating myself here but I remember fondly as a kid sending in a S.A.S.E. (for those under 40.. there was no internet and S.A.S. E meant: self addressed stamped envelope) with proof of purchase from some cereal box and receiving a pair of plastic glasses with fake eyes that were hooked on springs and drooped when you moved. I thought these stupid things were hilarious. While making this piece I had similar moments all alone in the studio laughing out loud at the outcome of this one…
