Having witnessed the perils of bad oral hygiene when his grandma lost her teeth, Colgate decided at a young age that he wasn’t going to suffer the same fate and developed a rigorous tooth brushing regime.

Colgate measures 4.25x2” and the brooch is worn using the handmade sterling silver and spring steel mechanism and the pendant is worn utilizing the integrated hidden bale. The piece is signed, hallmarked and dated 2024.

Is it odd that my friend saw 30 boxes of these c. 1950-60’s prosthetic teeth at a flea market and immediately thought of me and bought them all? Actually no. I was immediately so excited to play with these and thus was born Colgate! Who knows what might be next. I’m thinking sterling silver orthodontics!  We’ll see, I have a lifetime supply!
