A completely hand fabricated sterling silver cicada has landed on a wavy wire brooch of 14 gauge hammered sterling silver wire that emerges from a forged piece of 8 gauge sterling silver wire. The brooch terminates with a cluster of three wire wrapped peridot. The brooch is worn using the handmade sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism and the piece measures approximately 4.5” long including the peridot fringe and 1” wide.
