A brooch/pendant of fused, reticulated and fabricated sterling silver is bezel and prong set with an ancient (200-300 AD) shard of Roman Glass. The glass is protected by both the setting prongs and the bezel as well as a set of three forged bronze guards. The brooch is worn using the handmade sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism and the pendant is worn utilizing the integrated hidden bale. The piece is signed, hallmarked and dated 2024 and measures approximately 4 inches from point to point and 2" at the widest.
